Hi Kim. I have had the shelters for several months now and here is my review that I promised: “I contacted Prime back in March 2015 to get a quote for shelters for my 3 horses. Prime came back to me straight away and sent me a brochure and quote/ What attracted me was the dual purpose stable/open shelter product they were offering, useful depending on the weather. They are so practical. I found this product offering nowhere else. Prime are priced mid range which is what I wanted. They were really good at listening at my requirements and delivered them exactly as I wanted. Kim was really efficient and has been listening to everything I needed for my horses all along. This is not a cheap investment and it was a delight to liase with her and see her respond to any of my requests swiftly and efficiently. I really felt cared for. I has been a pleasure dealing with her. Prime reliably came on the D day of the agreed installation date and I soon saw my shelters going up… The middle gate they installed for me in my double shelter is perfect and so useful. They delivered some towing chains with the buildings as well. The quality of the buildings is very good. The roof with a transparent sheet in the middle makes a big difference. I am so very pleased with my buildings. I was also amazed as my horses seemed very pleased as well as I found them several times in them, away from the sun or the rains so full marks from my horses point of view. The guys were really good at communicating with me and corrected everything I was not happy with. Having used the shelters for a few months now, I am really delighted with the shelters, the quality, design and delivery via Prime Stables. I recommended them already to other people looking for a shelter. I am ready for winter and somewhat looking forward to using my stable/shelters for the winter and to know my horses will be in the dry and warm. Give Prime a go and you will not be disappointed!
