We are absolutely delighted with our new equestrian complex in Somerset, designed, supplied, and installed by Prime Stables Ltd. From start to finish, the experience has been excellent. Communication throughout the project was first-class, both written and verbal. The team was always easy to get hold of, highly responsive, and incredibly helpful. Every stage was clearly explained, with detailed and informative updates, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Several quotes were prepared and refined until we achieved the perfect layout and arrangement to suit our needs. The overall cost was very competitive, especially given the high quality of the specification. The design is solid, well thought through, and offers a wide range of upgrades and additions depending on requirements and budget, allowing us to tailor the build exactly to what we wanted. The installation team were outstanding—prompt, hardworking, tidy, and extremely considerate. They were friendly and helpful throughout and showed real dedication by working through all weather conditions to keep the project on schedule. Firstly, a thank you to Tabitha and yourself and working with us to bring the cost down to within our budget, without compromising on quality etc. We are so thrilled that we were able to use Prime Stables, as we really liked that you were so local to us and a family run company too. The guys putting up the shelter did a great job in the blistering heat; I think it was pretty unpleasant out there for them but they just got on with it without any complaints – we tried to pass over as much iced water as our ice cube trays would let us! I am more than happy to leave a Google Review and will do one now.

Just a quick email to say a huge thank you to you, Tobias & John for sorting my stables out. The roof is repaired, the door had an adjustment & the straps are on. The relief is huge – the weather can throw what it likes at us & I won’t flood or risk the back panels breaking free to frisbee across Chorleywood if a brisk wind descends on us! We are so grateful to you. Vern said they discussed the whole roof probably needing to be replaced in 1-2 years, so you can’t rest on your laurels that you’ve got rid of me as I’ll be darkening your doors again then! What an absolute pleasure it is to deal with your company. I will of course continue to recommend you to anyone who’ll listen.
