Hi Kim. I just wanted to let you all know how pleased we are with our new mobile field shelter and tack room. You were so helpful when we decided to customise the shelter and make it slightly bigger. It was reassuring to see the detailed plans and we knew even before installation that you would deliver what we expected. It was unfortunate that the installation team were held up in traffic, following a major accident for 4 hours. It wouldn’t normally have mattered but you remembered it was my daughter’s birthday and we had deliberately chosen that date so it would be finished when she got home from school. I was most impressed that the guys still came that day even though it was clear they were never going to finish the build. They were determined to build the shell at least so that we had something for my daughter’s birthday. I can’t thank you enough for going that extra mile… it would have been easy for the guys to turn around and go home but they didn’t and that’s what makes companies like yours stand out from others.
