Online shop Information

Payment Security

Orders can be placed safely and securely through our online shop using Paypal. Alternatively, you can e-mail us with your order and contact details to sales@primestables.co.uk and we will call you back to arrange payment.

Prices and Postage

All prices shown on the website include VAT. The total price is shown in the shopping cart before the payment section. Postage costs are as follows (UK only):

Orders below £300.00 = £19.75 postage charge.

For orders of £300.00 or more, delivery is free.

Some items are too large for our standard delivery service and are therefore collection only – this is stated on the individual product. However, if delivery is required please get in touch with us for prices.

Delivery Time

All orders will be despatched within 48 hours. Please allow 5 working days from the date of order.

Should an item be out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Return or Exchange an Item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at info@primestables.co.uk within 14 days of receipt and we will send you a returns label.  Return the item (or items) in its original condition and upon receipt of the item we will refund the purchase price, less any postage and packaging costs.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches our store. For your own protection, we recommend that you return the item using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. You are responsible for the postage costs of any returned items.

Special Order items are not included in our Standard Returns Policy. A special order item is non-returnable. This also includes any items made to measure from information/sizes provided by the customer. Prime Stables is happy to advise and help customers with their purchases but cannot be held responsible for any subsequent decisions made by customers.

Faulty or Wrong Item

If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please call 01403 823 836 and give details of the product and the reason for return. Please state whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct however, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
