I am writing to you today to say how delighted we are with our stables. The ponies have settled in to their new quarters and are very spoilt. It is a real joy not to have to spend hours brushing muddy wooly coats now they are warm and dry! I would like to thank you and your team for handling our enquiry and subsequent order in such a professional and timely manner. It’s rare to find a company these days that understands the concept of good customer service. Andy was particularly helpful and his experience enabled us to incorporate the sort of detail that makes all the difference (reversed doors, low partitioning etc).
