Dear Kim and all the team at Prime Stables, I just wanted to thank you for the lovely stable block we now have. It has been a very difficult year since we first ordered the stables as well as trying to restore the outside of the property we have been renovating inside and we have had to endure a long line of incompetent builders and poor workmanship. It was with trepidation that we looked to buy a stable which at the time was a necessity. Prime Stables stood out from the first contact as being helpful and knowledgeable, a good trait when the customer doesn’t know what they want! I can’t thank Kim in particular, enough for the help with planning and new designs as there were requested and she was always at the end of the phone. The patience shown when the builders let us down with laying the base and the weather intervened was impressive and there was never a hint of irritation when changing delivery dates. You have no idea the weight that took off of my shoulders at the time. The day of delivery was smooth and erection was quick and efficient and finished well, your workmen were polite, informative and a credit to the company.
