Dear Kim and all at Prime Stables, I am so delighted with the stable that you have delivered and erected for me. Although I often have a slight feeling of, ‘Maybe it wasn’t the best decision?’ when I buy things, this was absolutely not the case. Indeed, I like everything about it. It has the robustness combined with precision that I had not seen in the months of research of options I considered prior to buying your one. The whole process of delivery and putting it together was very smooth, great fun and your two staff were completely brilliant. They were polite, friendly, flexible, uncomplaining, good company and importantly extremely efficient. It went like clockwork. Neither I or the many people who walk through my wood could believe how fast it went up and how soon it looked as though it had always been there. They all say how much they like it. As my stable was not a standard build all your work was appreciated. Problems could have occurred but everyone involved obviously knew what they were doing and put in the effort to source any different requirements. It also had required a great number of phone calls, sharing and amending plans and all was dealt with not just with patience but also and interest in how the design was evolving.
