I just wanted to say how pleased I am with my field stable and tack room and cannot thank Tobias and Liam enough for their sterling work today. It was an absolute nightmare for them to get near the field due to the mud but they never gave up although it took them an hour and a half to get to where they needed to be – and they never complained once and did it all with a smile on their faces – a lovely couple of chaps. Huge thanks to all at Prime stables, This is my third purchase in 9 years and the first still look as good as my latest lot. Tabitha is super efficient, helpful and easy to deal with on the phone and email, even with me changing my mind a lot! The delivery and installation guys were also brilliant and tidy. I did make sure they were awash with coffee. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use prime again. I have just one shelter that isn’t Prime and the Prime guys kindly helped me mend it when they came for my second order a few years ago. It is nowhere near the quality of theirs.

Dan is a friendly, happy and handsome chap. Sadly the field share we had organised for him was so bad that after a few short months Cassy and I were at our wits end and the poor fella seemed more unhappy as each day passed. What could we do, things could not go on this way. So at the end of July we took the “bull by the horns” and decided let’s find a field and start from scratch and go it alone. We were lucky to find a field behind the house and the owner kindly agreed to let us lease it and with the proviso we fenced it safely etc, etc. and so it began. We found an absolute legend who completed the fencing in two days, installed a gate and prepared for a task of mowing weeds and removing brambles etc, etc, Next stage was to find a stable and to have it delivered. Having no experience in the purchase of such items and wishing to find a brand new stable rather than run the risk of a pre-owned one I started to scour the internet. I wrote to two companies, one never replied but I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Kim at Prime Stables. Kim discussed our requirements gave some top advice and mailed me brochures and price lists by email. Wow what lovely structures. We measured up, made our choice and contacted Kim again. Yet again a prompt and friendly reply. We discussed needs, how it could be delivered and started the ball rolling. Attention to detail was unreal, filling in the order, advice about stakes and need for hard standing all easy. No patronising automatons at Prime stables just friendly, professional people who care about their customers and supply top quality products. So the deal was done paid the deposit, completed the delivery instructions and sent a pic of site using the what3worlds link. Delivery date Friday 23rd August, less than a month since we started the ball rolling. We broke Dan out of the horror field and gave him a two week holiday at local stables before moving him to a newly fenced field on the 16th August. D Day arrived and I received a call before setting off for work from Liam and Tom to say they would be with us in 30 mins, perfect and ahead of time. The lads did a real professional job and again so friendly. Honestly I get fed up with the chattering classes saying how we can’t build stuff in this country and services are awful and people unfriendly, really? Look in the right places and you will find the total opposite. Family run small businesses are what keeps the country going and can make dreams become a reality. Our deepest thanks to everyone at Prime stables. Cassy and I are still pinching ourselves that we got everything sorted so quickly and Dan is back to his happy self and looking like a youngster again. If you want a job doing properly, Prime Stables tick every box.
