Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund (excluding hygiene sealed products and custom-made items).

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@primestables.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, within 14 days of notifying us.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Custom-made or personalised products are non-refundable unless faulty. Hygiene sealed products are non-refundable.
