We are passionate about providing the best products and services possible for our clients. Our High Quality Specifications

Large or small, the range of garden rooms that we will provide for our clients are all made from the highest quality, kiln-dried oak timber we have available. This offers your new purchase greater protection from the elements, as well as better insulation. If you would like to use your new space throughout the year, from the hottest summers to the coldest, wettest winter months, we are also more than capable of fitting lining into the walls of your purchase. This will see that your room and its most precious contents are kept warm and dry.

To aid this insulation feature, all the windows we will install in your new garden room come double glazed as standard. This is paired with doors that come fitted with toughened glass, as well as mortice locks for extra security that guarantees your peace of mind.

As such, we cannot offer a fully set list of prices for the work we will undertake, because each price varies depending on the features that have been sought out. Do Small Garden Rooms Require Planning Permission?

As most types of outbuilding (including garden buildings and sun rooms) fall within the parameters for permitted development, unless they are made significantly larger or are built in a space which does require permission from a local authority, your small garden room should not require planning permission. However, if you wish to ensure that you are following the guidelines correctly so that you don’t have to worry about getting permission, you may wish to consult the Planning Portal before you set out your specifications.

Will a Small Garden Room Add Value to My Property?
