The wooden garden buildings that we provide are all made from premium grade kiln-dried timber. This offers your new outdoor space added protection from the elements and a natural level of insulation. We are also able to fit lining into the walls of garden buildings to provide insulation for year-round use, and all windows fitted will come double glazed as standard to complete this.

Planning Permission for Garden Buildings in the UK
For most garden rooms and summer house installations in the UK, you will not need planning permission before you can begin the process of building. This is because they are normally considered “incidental” buildings under the rules of permitted development. However, there are some stipulations to this statement, including guidelines that must be followed in relation to the position and intended use of your garden room, as well as how large or small you intend it to be.

Our Prices
Our wooden garden buildings and structures are all designed and manufactured with the needs and specifications of the purchaser completely in mind. Every client will work closely with us to plan out the bespoke features of their own garden rooms, gyms, offices, workshops, or storage spaces, allowing us to carefully calculate the cost of every part and set an invoice accordingly. As such, we are not able to provide a set list of prices for our garden buildings.
