Whether you have one pony that needs a new home or you are a fully, professional livery yard owner, ‘Prime Stables’ can help you.

As we have our own architect on board we can supply you with a full set of individual plans for your local authority planning department for only £95 + VAT, which means you could save anything up to and above £1,000 should you use a local architect. Not only that, but we shall reimburse you the full £95 + VAT when you place your final order.

Should you just want a standard layout plan for an initial consultation with your local planning dept, contact us and we can give you a standard set of plans free of charge.

Bespoke Horsebox Storage

This particular building was made with a square opening as requested by our client and is 4.6m wide x 5.4m deep for storage of their Horsebox.

Can be made with an archway if required.

Bespoke Stable Block

This is a bespoke stable block with a Timber Cedar Shingle roof. The overhang is 1.8m deep with supports posts and curved angle braces. The windows were salvaged from the clients previous building, re-worked by others and used in their stable block.

Bespoke Stables - Felt Tiles

This is a bespoke stable block with red felt shingle roof. The sections have been specially manufactured to sit on block work as requested by our client, due to the stables being positioned at the bottom of a slope.

The overhang is 1.2m deep and has been underlined with Shiplap. The doors have been fitted with our extra deep door protection and our top door frame protection.

Corner Layout (Tanalised)

This corner layout comprises of two stables, tack room and corner hay barn.

The timber is tanalised, as requested by our client. When using tanalised timber we would strongly recommend having all buildings lined to the eaves and full door protection to prevent the horses from chewing the tanalised timber.

The roof is Big 6 Fibre Cement roofing sheets in the standard grey finish.

Corner Layout with Pony Box

This corner layout includes three x 3.6m Stables, a 4.5m Corner Box and a 3.0m Tack Room.

The roof is Green Onduline with matching Ridge. Two of the stables have been supplied with Top Door Frame Protection and Extra Deep Door Protection.

At the request of the client, one of the doors has been made lower for their pony - this can be supplied at no extra charge.
