Terms & Conditions Of Sale

The terms and conditions here listed govern all contracts entered into by the Company for the supply of sale of goods or services. Should any order be given to the Company it shall be deemed to constitute an Agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale. These terms and conditions cannot be varied unless agreed by the company in writing.

1. Description of Goods
All sizes quoted and photographs supplied act only as a guide and does not form part of any contract. Some timber sizes quoted are nominal and are subject to normal variations. Timber is a natural product, which is inspected at time of manufacture therefore the company cannot be held responsible for any timber shrinkage, warping, cracking or movement after installation. The specification can be altered by the company without prior notice.

2. Prices
All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate. All quotes remain fixed for 3 months. 50% of the total quoted is required at time of order and the balance is to be paid strictly on the day of installation.

3. Despatch and Delivery
All delivery dates given are intended as an estimate only and the company will not be liable for any loss damage or failure to deliver within such times. Therefore any delivery dates quoted shall not be the essence of the contract. Failure in respect of delivery dates quoted will not entitle the customer to treat the contract as repudiated. The company cannot deliver any buildings through or over any domestic buildings or fences. It is the customer’s responsibility to supply electricity to enable us to install all buildings. A small amount of waste materials may be left on site for disposal by the customer. When delivering mobile field shelters and the customers preferred location is not accessible by our lorries we shall install in a nearby convenient location and a suitable vehicle shall then be needed to tow the shelter once fully erected to the preferred customer’s location.

4. Access to the concrete base or place of installation
The company reserves the right not to install or erect any buildings if the site is not accessible within 5 metres of the base. Should this be the case it is the customer’s responsibility to either provide extra labour or a suitable vehicle to allow the company to gain access and we reserve the right to charge a levy in this instance. It is part of the contract that the site should be safe and unrestricted. The company cannot be held responsible for any damage to the customers land or any neighbouring land when attempting to gain access to the site. This includes vehicular access across the customers land, paddock fields or gardens.

5. Groundwork Requirements
All ground work carried out prior to the installation must be level with the correct brickwork/sleeper work in accordance with the company’s brickwork/sleeper plan sent. If it is the opinion of the installation team that the base does not conform to the required standard the company expects we reserve the right to refuse to erect the buildings on the said base. We also reserve the right to charge the customer an additional fee to return at a later date. Any loss, damage, or deterioration to the building caused by the said delay shall be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Insurance
It is the customer’s responsibility to insure all buildings and materials delivered to the site for any loss or damage whatsoever.

7. Complaints
Any complaints must be notified to the company within 14 days of installation of the buildings prior to any livestock or any use whatsoever of the said building(s). Should any damage be caused to the buildings by extreme weather conditions i.e.. fire, theft, or Acts of God the company will not be held responsible.


8. Payment
50% of the agreed contract price is required as confirmation of an order with the balance being due strictly on the day of installation. Should the customer need to cancel any order notice should be given at least 10 days before any delivery dates have been booked. Whereupon their deposit will be returned in full provided work has not started or caused the company working schedule to be altered. The company will charge an administration fee of £50 (including VAT) for cancelling an order.


9. Ownership
All goods supplied remain the property of the Company until payment is made in full. By placing an order with the company the customer allows the company the permission to enter and cross over any land to remove any buildings installed.

10. Law Governing the Contract
The contract shall in all respects be construed and operated as an English contract governed by English law and any dispute arising out of, or in connection therewith, shall be referred to the English courts.
